Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and run a multi-day conference for independent music school owners end to end, including venue sourcing, contracts, budget, and P&L.
  • Design the conference agenda with executive leadership, manage registration in HubSpot, and lead attendee acquisition campaigns with marketing.
  • Own vendor relationships, run of show, on-site execution, and post-event surveys and financial close.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The compensation range is $65,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
