Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run a multi-day conference for independent music school owners end to end, including venue sourcing, contracts, budget, and P&L.
- Design the conference agenda with executive leadership, manage registration in HubSpot, and lead attendee acquisition campaigns with marketing.
- Own vendor relationships, run of show, on-site execution, and post-event surveys and financial close.

- A planner who researches and applies the best platforms and vendors while keeping deadlines and the end goal in mind.
- A project owner who can run an event from planning to execution as the main point of contact.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The compensation range is $65,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
