Job Description
This role will also serve as the primary administrator of the companyβs HRIS platform, ensuring system accuracy, access controls, and data integrity. The HR Generalist will maintain employee lifecycle data, conduct regular audits of employee records, and generate reports on headcount and compliance. They will also provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace expectations. They will also assist in implementing performance review processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS platforms and strong communication skills.
