Senior Director, Strategy & Execution

Role Overview:

• This role sits at the center of how Ensono sets and executes strategy, with regular exposure to the CEO, President, executive team, board, and investors.
• It is designed as a path to broader strategy leadership, with growing ownership of the strategy cycle, corporate development, and executive forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape strategy from close to the business by sitting in executive staff meetings, connecting dots across functions, and contributing original ideas to the strategy.
• Own the annual strategy process end to end, stand up approved initiatives, and hold the portfolio accountable through ELT, board, and monthly business reviews.
• Coordinate and run executive forums including the monthly business review and AI program standup, and prepare materials for the board and private equity sponsor.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development, or chief-of-staff roles, with 3+ years working directly with C-suite executives.
• Evidence of original strategic thinking, strong structured problem solving, financial fluency, and executive-grade communication.
• Rigorous program management habits, hands-on fluency with AI productivity tools, and absolute discretion with confidential information.
