Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day ROI and HIM operations, ensuring consistent execution against defined KPIs
- Monitor operational performance, backlog, turnaround times, and quality metrics
- Drive operational improvements within existing workflows to improve KPI performance
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in ROI or HIM operations, behavioral health and multi-state experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and behavioral health privacy requirements.
- Experience coaching, supporting, or supervising team members and reinforcing accountability.
