This role calls for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution, crafting hiring plans, sourcing top talent, and creating a candidate experience that stands out. The Senior Talent Partner will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM & G&A roles, with a specialty in Marketing and Sales talent. The candidate will partner with leaders to set and hit ambitious hiring goals and deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant impressed. The candidate will also balance high-volume interviews with laser-focused sourcing strategies. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
