Role Overview:
- Lead and inspire a channel sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop a partner program that drives incremental growth.
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal sales leaders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of people management in direct or channel sales.
- Strong business acumen and executive presence.
- Expertise in Salesforce and other key sales systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $110,000-$140,000 with uncapped commission.
