Primary Function of Position:
- Senior leadership role and member of regional Leadership Team.
- Responsible for driving rigor and standardization across core sales processes.

- Drive commercial rigor and standardization of sales processes.
- Elevate sales fundamentals and capital discipline across all roles.
- Identify and prioritize capability gaps, deploying targeted interventions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to execute, teach, and transfer skills for capital, clinical, and sales processes.
- Combined capital and clinical sales experience, with fluency in English.
