Primary Function of Position:

  • Senior leadership role and member of regional Leadership Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial rigor and standardization of sales processes.
  • Elevate sales fundamentals and capital discipline across all roles.
  • Identify and prioritize capability gaps, deploying targeted interventions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute, teach, and transfer skills for capital, clinical, and sales processes.
  • Combined capital and clinical sales experience, with fluency in English.
