What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise strategies for key strategic accounts, driving revenue and market share growth.
  • Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to foster C-suite relationships and align Medtronic's portfolio with customer priorities.
  • Implement thorough account planning processes and coach local sales teams on strategic account management and solution-based selling.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 10+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of managerial experience, or equivalent.
  • Proven strategic acumen, ability to analyze financial statements, and experience in building strategic plans and proposals.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment.
