Job Description
As the SMB Sales Leader at 1Password, you will be responsible for leading the SMB sales team within the EMEA region. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing account base. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling our SMB market share, building a high-performing team, and ensuring we exceed our sales targets.
Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of SMB Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the SMB segment across EMEA. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting. Represent 1Password at industry events and stay informed on the latest trends in cybersecurity.
