Job Description
Account Ownership: Own renewals and up-selling of new products. Ensure a premium experience for Greenhouse's customers by understanding their business objectives. Partner with internal teams like customer success, marketing, product, and finance to improve workflows.
Strategic Planning: put together strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives. Assess Greenhouse’s alignment with customer’s business objectives and goals.
Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate churn risk clearly and own resolution strategies. Be an active participant in building and improving internal operational processes. Contribute ideas and solutions to challenges.
