- Think 12-24 months ahead, mapping second- and third-order consequences of decisions.
- Act as primary bridge between Founder's priorities and the Acceleration team's execution.
Your Skills:
- Technically credible with background in engineering or engineering management.
- Sophisticated operator with experience running complex, cross-functional programmes.
- Exceptional communicator adaptable to different stakeholders and long-term thinker.
