Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Independently manage the reductions process from assignment through settlement completion.
• Negotiate hospital liens, hospital bills, medical provider balances, and other medical expenses to maximize client recoveries.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, coordinate closing documentation, and ensure files are complete before disbursement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Specialist or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience independently negotiating hospital liens and medical provider balances.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours per week) with two scheduled days off each week.
• One weekend day may be required based on business needs.
• Overtime may be required.

• This is a full-time remote Independent Contractor position based in Colombia.
