Job Description

Join Xplor Pay's Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) to make a real impact every day, focusing on enriching customers’ experiences through meaningful interactions and innovative solutions. Reporting to the Director, Field Integrated Solutions (FIP), you will serve as the front lines of organizational growth by driving business through engagement, relationship building, and product sales. This role requires a minimal level of outbound prospecting while managing high-yielding inbound opportunities by collaborating with other AEs in the organization selling in specific vertical markets. You will be contacting potential customer leads, gathering data, and offering solutions through consultative sales methods, preparing them to sign up with our solutions and processing. Responsibilities include delivering tailored virtual demonstrations, strategizing sales approaches, maintaining product knowledge, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to support sales efforts. The position requires consistently meeting monthly booking number goals, staying current on industry trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
