Job Description
Manages and develops a High-Performing Team of 7-10 Provider Success Reps while maintaining and evolving the Thriver Program, identifying ways to recognize and support top-performing providers. Partners closely with teams across Credentialing, Product, Finance, Clinical Excellence. Refines and implement scalable 1:1 account management strategies to deliver value to providers across their lifecycles. Builds and implements cross-functional programs with the support of our Revenue Operations team. Tracks and monitors Provider NPS.
