Job Description

Serve as a strategic technical partner throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand how Kojo fits into their ecosystem and solves their most pressing operational challenges. Present compelling product demonstrations that require additional technical support and/or integrations scoping alongside Account Executives. Deeply understand the customer’s pain points and clearly translate those into tailored solutions through Kojo’s existing technical advantage. Advise prospective customers on how best to utilize Kojo’s features to accomplish their goals. Develop creative solutions to address as many requirements as possible. Evaluate and document customer requirements and communicating these opportunities to internal stakeholders. Maintain knowledge about the current and future state of the product. Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver technical enablement, sales training, and product updates.
