Role Overview:
- Own and improve internal IT operations across a fully remote organization.
- Lead security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and AI governance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and the corporate technology stack.
- Administer Google Workspace, IAM, MDM, and endpoint security.
- Build automations for onboarding, offboarding, and support workflows.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years in IT or systems administration, with 1-2 years in leadership.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace, and scripting.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and cross-platform endpoint management.
