About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own operational health processes around bugs, incidents, reliability, and escalations.
- Turn data from Jira and Snowflake into clear stories and process improvements.
- Support planning cycles, project tracking, and leadership reviews across EPD.

- Technical program management experience in remote startups, with deep engineering workflow understanding.
- Strong data skills and comfort with ambiguity, plus an execution-first orientation.
- Excellent communication and ability to work asynchronously with cross-functional leadership.
