Technical Recruiter- Contract

We are looking for a talented and mission-driven Technical Recruiter (contract) to help us grow our team and enable GiveCampus to achieve even greater impact. This individual will own and execute on a wide range of recruiting initiatives, from sourcing to hiring top talent across the organization in both technical and non technical roles. The Senior Recruiter will report to our Head of People and work closely with hiring managers across the organization to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities will include leveraging Breezy, our ATS, to optimize workflows, track metrics, and enhance the candidate experience and managing the end-to-end recruiting process. This includes building and maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience, and advising hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
