Job Summary:
- You will develop and manage schedules for clinicians at multiple hospital locations to ensure full staffing for expected patient volumes.
- You will work independently with scheduling software to auto-generate schedules based on customizations and rules.
Essential Job Functions:
- You will create and maintain schedules 45 days in advance, analyze requests, and resolve conflicts.
- You will collaborate with leadership and providers to optimize shift coverage and ensure continuity of care.
- You will manage budgeted staffing priorities and coordinate with locum companies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You should have strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Shift Admin preferred).
- A bachelor's degree and prior scheduling experience are preferred.
