Clinician Scheduler

Job Summary:

• You will develop and manage schedules for clinicians at multiple hospital locations to ensure full staffing for expected patient volumes.
• You will work independently with scheduling software to auto-generate schedules based on customizations and rules.

Essential Job Functions:

• You will create and maintain schedules 45 days in advance, analyze requests, and resolve conflicts.
• You will collaborate with leadership and providers to optimize shift coverage and ensure continuity of care.
• You will manage budgeted staffing priorities and coordinate with locum companies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You should have strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Shift Admin preferred).
• A bachelor's degree and prior scheduling experience are preferred.
