Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end administration of contract metadata, license utilization, and renewal timelines within the Torii platform.
- Build and maintain API integrations and automated provisioning workflows.
- Conduct data audits, cross-reference with Workday, and resolve inconsistencies.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
- 4+ years managing enterprise technology contracts and procurement cycles.
- Proven experience with back-office departments like AP, AR, Procurement, or Finance.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Direct administrator experience with Torii or similar SMPs.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments managing 500+ applications.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and security vetting.
Time Zone & Collaboration:
- 100% remote from LATAM with consistent overlap with CT teams.
- Flexibility to accommodate ceremonies within standard Austin business hours.
- All communication in English.
