As a System Support Analyst I , you’ll be at the front line of that mission, guiding our healthcare partners through complex technical issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring their critical medical imaging tools operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities include delivering high-quality technical support for both server-side and client-side applications in complex medical imaging environments. You'll respond to client inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, while proactively monitoring installations and identifying potential issues before they escalate. You will also analyze and troubleshoot integrated environments, perform remote diagnostics, execute SQL queries, edit configuration files, and contribute to documentation.
