Workday Analyst

The role involves providing product support and issue resolution by triaging and resolving system requests and incidents from HR and business stakeholders, ensuring quick and accurate issue resolution. The Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, recommending optimal tools and configurations with a strong understanding of system interdependencies. Developing and maintaining reports within Workday, you will collaborate with the data analytics team to support complex data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting enhancement projects and system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, be proficient in Workday reporting tools, and have strong communication skills.
