Job Description
The LATAM Sales Manager will report to the Global Sales Inbound Leader, and will be responsible for the sales strategy for Latin America, with teams in Brazil, working closely with Ops, Marketing and Product to enable strategies for the region's growth. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching Account Executives (typically between 2-3 years of experience), actively shadow and review call recordings and provide specific and actionable feedback to AE's via weekly 1:1s. Monitoring and maintaining a high level of integrity within the sales process is essential. The role requires maintaining a lively, high energy, fun, competitive, and cooperative team culture that is focused on results. Key functions include motivating the team to meet revenue objectives, identifying opportunities, developing AE's into all-star sellers and future leaders, leveraging data to increase sales approach, and providing regular reporting. Ongoing development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps, is crucial. Collaboration with senior sales leaders is also required.
