Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational activities supporting commercial and government software business, including pricing updates and workflow tracking.
- Develop training materials, maintain standard operating procedures, and track data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure compliance and support contract requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 4+ years in operations, program coordination, or contract support.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Experience with U.S. Government contracts and federal contracting environments is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Remote position with up to 25% travel based on business needs.
- Ability to sit, use hands and fingers for keyboard work, and close vision required.
- COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on applicable mandates and facility credentialing requirements.
