Pipeline Strategy:
- You will own the firm's opportunity pipeline strategy, prioritizing pursuits based on fit, win probability, and strategic value.
- You will lead decision meetings with principals and BD leadership, bringing market intelligence and competitive analysis.
Proposal Leadership and Content Strategy:
- You will build win themes with principals and project managers, turning technical capability into compelling narratives.
- You will oversee every proposal, SOQ, and RFP response for consistency and quality.
- You will build out a content library to stop rebuilding from scratch.
Quality and Process:
- You are the last set of eyes before it goes to leadership.
- You will set the QA/QC standard, enforce it, and keep improving templates and processes.
Cross-functional Work:
- You will work closely with BD and principal staff to keep proposal strategy tied to business development goals.
- You will own win/loss tracking and run debriefs that produce real lessons.
