Role Overview:

  • Conduct end-to-end safeguarding investigations across a range of complexity, applying professional curiosity and robust risk assessment.
  • Ensure child welfare is central to investigation planning and decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assess and manage risks to children throughout the investigation process, escalating where necessary.
  • Produce accurate, evidence-based investigation reports and maintain compliant case records.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Legal, and external agencies for coordinated outcomes.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience conducting safeguarding investigations or managing complex casework.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding processes, risk assessment, and case documentation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work with regulatory bodies like LADO, Ofsted, and Police.
