Surveillance Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• You will conduct preliminary desktop investigations and detailed case research to prepare comprehensive files for field investigators.
• You will review surveillance video, investigative materials, and case documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• You will prepare clear, concise, professional investigative reports that accurately reflect surveillance activity and findings.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of directly relevant investigative, surveillance, or surveillance-support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with attorneys and investigators.
• Experience using investigative case management platforms, with TrackOps strongly preferred.
