Role Overview:
- Own FMLA, state, and municipal leave compliance and legal research.
- Lead the inbox coverage team and Employment Law Analyst.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Account Management.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee regulatory monitoring and implementation of leave laws.
- Manage attorneys and compliance specialists; recruit and retain talent.
- Serve as compliance escalation point and sales liaison.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree; JD preferred, strong legal research skills.
- Management experience leading attorneys and compliance staff.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, EAP.
- Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 USD per year.
