Empower plan administrators through comprehensive platform training, equipping them with the knowledge to maximize their Wealthsimple tools. Support clients with plan governance — ensuring that plan documentation, processes, and communications align with legislative requirements and best practices. Provide insights and reporting on plan health, participation, and key success metrics. Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive service, anticipating needs and delivering personalized support. Resolve technical issues with urgency and ownership, transforming challenges into opportunities to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
