Medical Assistant- Healthguide -Bilingual Hindi Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Build trusting patient relationships and engage high-risk populations using bi-directional communication to address health needs.
• Identify medical, behavioral, and social needs to support whole-person care and assist with referrals and appointment scheduling.
• Escalate medical issues appropriately to RN Care Managers and follow all HIPAA and privacy policies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant, Community Health Worker, or related healthcare degree with 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation.
• Bilingual English/Hindi speaking is required, along with experience in EHR documentation and remote work.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, primary care workflows, and social determinants of health.
