Senior Manager, People Operations

As the Senior Manager, People Operations reporting to the VP, People Operations, you will act as a senior HR generalist and own a variety of HR initiatives in line with Mixbook’s business objectives. In this role, you will focus on building trust across the organization and act as a consultant and partner who can provide mentorship and coaching to both people managers and team members. This role requires experience in implementing operational best practices that enhance productivity and create enriching employee experiences. This role manages an individual contributor in HR and serves all employees and people managers of Mixbook. You'll provide strategic leadership, implement HR strategies, champion an inclusive work environment, improve the employee lifecycle experience, execute effective performance management processes, and act as a trusted advisor. You'll also contribute to HR policies, ensure compliance, facilitate leaves of absence, and utilize HR data to inform decision-making.
