Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for radiology IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments on complex issues.
- Document all troubleshooting activities and solutions to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Salesforce ServiceCloud, ZenDesk, or ServiceNow.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows systems, networks, SQL Server, and/or Oracle.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, including CLI commands / architecture.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and HIPAA compliance.
