Job Description

The Account Executive role involves:

  • Acquiring new enterprise companies from all industries within the DACH region.
  • Building and maintaining an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting.
  • Developing, maintaining and reviewing territory plans to meet business goals.

Additionally:

  • Running full sales cycles from account planning through contract negotiation and close.
  • Representing Cognigy at trade fairs or events.
  • Using CRM effectively to track sales cycles and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in selling SaaS within the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for winning.
  • Fluent in German and English.
