Job Description
The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and executing Jobber’s Total Rewards Strategy. As a critical member of the People and Planning team, you will provide timely, data-driven results based on our internal Total Rewards framework.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across the organization, requiring a balance of analytical expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration. While you'll be at home in an analytical environment, success in this role also requires the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving organization. You will act as a resource on all facets of total rewards. Manage the coordination, maintenance, and execution of all aspects of the compensation process including: job evaluation, job banding, benchmarking, base and market compensation cycle coordination, data audits, and ad hoc compensation reviews. Coordinate and facilitate our participation in salary surveys. Complete scheduled and ad hoc reviews. Support Jobber’s compensation process by providing data based compensation analysis of individuals, roles, and job families on an ad hoc basis. Manipulate and analyze data sets to determine relevant insights and make recommendations based on those findings.
