As the Director of Processes and Systems at Remote, you will lead a global team of system experts, process managers, and CRM specialists focused on enabling scalable, efficient, and reliable revenue operations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of sales tools and systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clari, Clay, Mulesoft, and emerging AI-driven solutions for sales productivity. Your role will ensure that revenue tech stack supports the work of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You’ll drive process excellence, optimize tool usage, and spearhead system integrations to create a seamless operating environment. This is a critical leadership role requiring strategic vision, operational rigor, technical fluency, and the ability to motivate and inspire distributed teams.
