Junior Recruiter - Healthcare

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on our federal programs.
• This is a hands-on sourcing and screening role for someone with a couple of years of healthcare recruiting experience looking to move into federal contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, licensure, and compensation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and schedule interviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in healthcare roles.
• Demonstrated sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
