Strategic Sourcer

Sodexo is seeking a Strategic Sourcer to support recruitment for our Sales Executive jobs across the country. As a Strategic Sourcer, you will source for sales positions in the Healthcare, Universities, Schools K-12, and Corporate segments; the services Sodexo offers in these segments include food and nutrition, housekeeping, laundry, facilities, and healthcare technology management. You will use your strong communication, organizational skills, and technical knowledge to drive sourcing and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and business partners. The Strategic Sourcer will work with the Sales Recruiters to identify current and future staffing needs; the strategic Sourcer will also find and build lucrative partnerships with a wide variety of sourcing channels to create warm candidate pipelines. In this virtual position, the ideal candidate will reside in the continental US. Work closely with Sales Recruiters to execute the recruiting process, source, screen and engage active and passive candidates, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent. Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and ongoing relationship management.
