Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS experience.
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data principles, with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations.
