Responsibilities:
- Execute hiring plans in partnership with Recruiters and hiring managers for various job requisitions.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling to keep hiring processes running smoothly across a global team.
- Maintain accurate and transparent candidate data within the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure candidates receive thoughtful and timely communication at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Monitor candidate pipelines to identify and flag any potential bottlenecks or issues for the recruiting team.
- Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers on behalf of the hiring team.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner with People Operations to ensure a seamless handoff for new team members joining the company.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members across different time zones and functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying GitLab's values and all-remote culture in every candidate interaction.
