Minted is seeking a Seasonal HR Coordinator to assist the Recruiting & HR team with onboarding and off-boarding activities for our Seasonal workforce. In this role, you will play an essential part in creating a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle by collaborating closely with Recruiting, HR, and cross-functional teams. This position will be responsible for coordinating remote seasonal onboarding and off-boarding, conducting virtual I-9 inspections, and leading new employee orientation meetings.
