Senior Recruiter - Sales

About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts for the sales organization.
• This is a remote contract position with an hourly pay range of $85–$100/hr, based on skills and location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment strategies including sourcing, networking, referrals, and online postings to build candidate pipelines.
• Manage the offer process from negotiation to close, ensuring a consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers and confirm staffing plans.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with full recruiting cycle and applicant tracking systems.
