Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in B2B SaaS, 3+ in Sales roles.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Track record of meeting hiring goals and managing 8–12 searches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring in cybersecurity or networking industries.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing enhancers like Gem or SeekOut.
- Demonstrated impact on diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring.
