Senior Sales Recruiter

Accountabilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales positions from individual contributors to senior management.
• Build targeted talent maps and proactive pipelines using modern sourcing tools.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
