Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to scale the GTM organization.
• This is a lead-level individual contributor role with deep GTM expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex GTM searches, with emphasis on Sales.
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and market conditions.
• Build strong pipelines across competitive markets and geographies.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Deep experience recruiting Sales talent across levels, segments, and geographies.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven approach.
