Senior Sales Recruiter

The Role:

• Partner with hiring managers before roles are fully defined to shape candidate profiles and build pipelines.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles spanning individual contributor to senior management.

What You'll Bring:

• 5–7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools in the recruiting workflow.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
