Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner

About the Role:

• You'll report to the Head of People and partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and attract talent.
• Talent acquisition is primary, but you'll also coordinate onboarding and contribute to employee experience initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and acceptance.
• Manage preboarding and onboarding, from offer acceptance to week one, ensuring new hires feel prepared.
• Support employee experience through events, culture activities, and communications.

What You Bring:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ideally in tech.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with an ATS (Ashby preferred).
• Interest in onboarding, culture, and employee experience, with willingness to contribute beyond recruiting.
