Job Description
This role involves driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and supporting Sales Executives. The candidate will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and execute account-based outbound campaigns for the LATAM market. They will also leverage AI-powered prospecting, personalization, and research tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
The role requires strong communication skills in Portuguese and English. The candidate needs to be adaptable across diverse cultures and business environments. They will also need to be familiar with regional compliance requirements.
Key tools include Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The candidate is expected to mentor peers on best practices in multicultural outreach and contribute to customer-facing conversations. The role includes occasional travel (up to 20%).
