The Revenue Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams (SDR & AEs) with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies and initiatives, and onboard new hires. Responsibilities include developing and executing a sales enablement strategy, creating sales content, conducting needs assessments, delivering training sessions, and monitoring sales performance. The role requires proven experience in revenue enablement, a deep understanding of sales methodologies and tools, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
