Job Description

  • Customer Education & Research Enablement: Support customers in adopting Maze, advise on research methodologies, and help customers scale research.
  • Portfolio Ownership: Own the post-sale relationship, drive adoption depth, and manage renewal forecasting.
  • Expansion Identification & Partnership: Identify new champions, qualify expansion opportunities, and partner with AMs/AEs.
  • Executive & Strategic Guidance: Advise senior stakeholders on integrating continuous research and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Voice of Customer: Surface adoption blockers, research trends, and product feedback to Product and GTM leadership.
