Our ServiceNow Digital Technology Go to Market team is building a world-class, AI-powered Go-To-Market CRM that gives every seller real-time, data-driven guidance from lead to cash and right inside the Now Platform. Our Agentic AI and GenAI infused apps automate outreach, deal orchestration, and post-sale hand-offs creating a world class experience for our sellers. You’ll collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX engineers to ship features at SaaS speed and global scale. As a Staff Software AI Engineer, you will develop scalable and maintainable applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with GTM use cases, leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows, and design AI-powered systems that use LLMs, Agentic AI, and semantic retrieval to deliver contextual insights and automation. You will also build and maintain RAG pipelines enriched with Knowledge Graphs to surface relevant, real-time data to sales to help close the deal, and implement AI agents capable of task planning and execution.
